These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the AnytimeWorkDone mobile application and website (“Platform”, “we”, “us”, “our”).

By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree, do not use AnytimeWorkDone.

1. About the Platform

AnytimeWorkDone is a technology platform that enables clients to connect with independent service providers (“workers”).

We are not a contractor, employer, agent, or representative of any user.

The service contract is exclusively between clients and workers.

2. Eligibility

You must:

Be legally competent to enter into contracts

Provide truthful information

Maintain only one account (dual role allowed if supported)

Minors may not use the Platform.

3. Platform Role & Limitation

We provide tools for:

Discovering nearby workers

Posting tasks

Negotiating pricing

Tracking worker movement during an active task

Processing payments and subscription purchases

We do not:

Employ workers

Guarantee service quality

Control worker behavior

Set service prices (except platform fees & support fees)

Take responsibility for damages, delays, injuries, losses, or misconduct

Users are responsible for their own interactions and agreements.

4. Account Registration

You must provide:

Name

Phone number

Email (optional)

Worker profile details (if applicable)

Location permissions for core features

We may suspend or reject accounts for fraud, misuse, or safety concerns.

5. User Responsibilities

5.1 Clients

Provide accurate task details

Use valid addresses and contact details

Maintain safe working conditions

Pay agreed amounts promptly

Communicate respectfully

Rate workers fairly

5.2 Workers

Provide accurate skills and availability

Accept tasks only if capable

Arrive on time

Maintain professional conduct

Complete tasks as agreed

Keep location active during accepted tasks

Respect client property

6. Tasks, Negotiations & Bookings

A task is considered “assigned” when both parties mutually agree.

We may cancel tasks for:

Safety issues

Fraudulent activity

Policy violations

Non-compliance or abuse

7. Payments & Fees

7.1 Methods

We support:

UPI

Cards & Net Banking via secure payment gateways

In-app wallet

Cash (where allowed)

We do not store sensitive payment details.

7.2 Platform Fees

Clients may be charged platform fees depending on subscription tier.

Workers may owe a support fee on completed jobs.

Fee details are shown before confirmation.

7.3 Refunds & Cancellations

Refunds depend on:

Task progress

Cancellation timing

Dispute outcomes

Refunds are issued to the original method or wallet as applicable.

8. Subscriptions

We offer paid digital subscriptions with validity-based benefits.

Subscriptions:

Are non-refundable unless legally required

Automatically expire at the end of term

Cannot be downgraded mid-cycle

May change with prior notice

9. Wallet

Wallet balance can be used for in-app payments.

Wallet top-ups:

Are non-refundable except in verified dispute outcomes

Cannot be withdrawn as cash

10. Reviews & Ratings

Users may rate each other after job completion.

You agree to:

Rate honestly

Avoid defamatory, false, or abusive reviews

We may remove reviews that violate our policies.

11. Prohibited Conduct

You may NOT:

Post misleading or illegal tasks

Circumvent the Platform by arranging off-app payments

Harass, abuse, or threaten users

Provide false information

Tamper with ratings

Create multiple accounts

Interfere with Platform operation

Engage in discrimination or hate speech

Violation may result in suspension or termination.

12. Location Services

The Platform uses foreground GPS location for:

Finding nearby workers

Tracking worker movement during active tasks

Safety verification

Task progress updates

Location is:

Collected only during active use

Shared only between relevant parties during active tasks

Not collected or used in the background

Disabling location will limit core functionality.

13. Dispute Resolution

Clients and workers should first attempt direct resolution.

If unresolved, contact support with:

Chat history

Photos

Task details

Location logs (active-task only)

We review and issue platform-related decisions including refunds, penalties, or suspensions.

Our internal decisions apply only to Platform operations.

Your legal rights under applicable law remain intact.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

We are not liable for user actions, service quality, delays, injuries, loss, theft, or damages

We do not guarantee availability, reliability, or performance

Our total liability is limited to the Platform fees paid within the last 12 months

We are not liable for consequential, indirect, or incidental damages

15. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold AnytimeWorkDone harmless from claims arising out of:

Your actions

Your breach of these Terms

Your interactions with other users

Your violation of laws

16. Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts for:

Fraud

Abuse

Safety risks

Payment circumvention

Repeated cancellations

Violations of these Terms

You may delete your account anytime through the Platform.

Outstanding payments or fees remain due.

17. Service Modifications

We may add, modify, or discontinue features at any time with reasonable notice.

18. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
